Walking the streets of Nashville

Have you checked out this new music video “Hidden Away” by Josh Groban? It is not only on his latest record Illuminations, but it’s also topping the charts on VH1′s Top 20 Countdown. Josh Groban is a very talented artist and I have loved him as an artist ever since I first heard his deep and beautiful voice.

But I would have to say that my favorite thing about Josh Groban is the fact that I was in this very music video that you are looking at above. Yes, it is true, and you can see me at exactly 3:23!

The story behind this is simply I was walking around downtown Nashville doing a service project when I came upon a video set. With my curiosity I approached the director and asked what was going on. He told me and asked if I would like to be in it. My obvious answer was YES! (Can you say “good karma”?!) But it was a great experience to see the whole production behind the scenes.

Nashville City is a place where music thrives, so if you want to hear (and potentially see) some great artists come and visit… or just check out my blog. :)

That’s really cool! I’m jealous that you got into the music video. I love Josh Groban. What was the service project you were doing downtown?

Let me just say, I am a Grobanite! I think it was awesome that you were in his music video. Can you say jealous?
Nashville is a great place to live, and I can’t wait to see what you discover in this great town!

That’s so neat that you were able to randomly to be in a music video. I own a Christmas cd by Josh Groban. I agree, his voice does have a “deep and beautiful voice”. There is always something great going on in Nashville.
